Frequently asked questions
Up to 10 IPv4 and IPv6 addresses recorded for the exact name you enter. For each address: its network (AS number and prefix), an approximate location, the ports observed on it and other names seen there. Subdomains are not included: list them with Find subdomains.
Not necessarily. They come from earlier observations of the address, each shown with its date. On a shared or CDN address, they can belong to other sites hosted there.
A host lookup starts from a name. IP lookup starts from an address and lists the DNS names, certificates and domain registrations seen on it. DNS history shows the addresses a name has pointed to over time.
